At Keebio, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your custom keyboard components and kits. If your items are in new, unassembled condition, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and have not been soldered or modified in any way.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the components in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number to our team for faster processing.
