Do you offer pre-assembled keyboards or just DIY kits?
We primarily specialize in DIY kits that require soldering and assembly, but we also offer 'Pre-built' services on select models for customers who prefer a plug-and-play experience.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide via DHL and USPS. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival in their country.
What should I do if my PCB arrives with a defect?
We test all PCBs before shipping, but if you encounter an issue, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt. Do not solder the board if you suspect a defect, as soldering may void the warranty.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Please email support immediately with your order number to request changes.
Do you provide firmware and build guides for your kits?
Yes, we provide comprehensive digital build guides and firmware files via QMK and VIA for all our split and ergonomic keyboard kits on our documentation site.
